Lighting of the South Second Ring Bridge in Danyang, Jiangsu

Recently, the lighting project of the South Second Ring Bridge, which was undertaken by the Port and Shipping Development Center of the Transportation Bureau of Danyang City, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, has been basically completed and entered the lighting debugging stage.

The 6W small-angle LED floodlights are used on both sides of the bridge column, which not only enhances the expressiveness of the horizontal space of the bridge, but also makes the process of light and shadow changes from nothing to something slower and more natural, just like a bond, gently connecting the ancient city and the new city, telling the story of Danyang.

The bridge tower also projects words such as the rising sun, hello Danyang, and Danfeng Chaoyang, and then transforms into two smart phoenixes flying into the sky, echoing "Danfeng".

In addition, a 50W LED water pattern lamp is installed on the side of the bridge, which contrasts with the surface of the Grand Canal under the bridge, and extends the flowing light and shadow along the direction of the canal, making the transition between the entire bridge and the canal more natural and harmonious, like a time corridor, connecting the past and the future, and more smart.

After the lighting design upgrade, the South Second Ring Bridge will be another beautiful landscape on the canal landscape trail. It will bring a stronger festive atmosphere to the general public during holidays and become an important gateway to showcase Danyang's city image.
