Three buildings and parks in Changzheng Town, Putuo District, Shanghai have been upgraded with lighting

Changzheng Town, Putuo District, Shanghai, introduced that in 2024, with the areas along the "One Ring Road" (i.e., the Middle Ring Road and Jinshajiang Road) as the focus, and the external image of the building park as the main line, the New Changzheng Business Building, Prona Business Plaza A and B Buildings, and Tiandi Software Park (South Park) will be renovated to renovate the internal office environment and improve the visibility and beautification of the building.

1. New Changzheng Business Building Building Upgrading Project

The New Changzheng Business Building is located at No. 1247 Meichuan Road. It was completed and put into use in 2003. It has a building height of 78 meters, a total of 18 floors above ground, and a construction area of ??21,167 square meters (17,640 square meters for the main building and 3,527 square meters for the three-story podium); the underground floor has a construction area of ??4,018 square meters. There are two vertical elevators in the building, and the curtain wall is composed of white composite aluminum panels and glass curtain walls.

The New Changzheng Business Building has been in use for 20 years. BIn order to solve the problems of obsolete and aging internal and external decoration and equipment, improve the carrier energy level, promote the quality improvement of building resources, and optimize the business environment, the New Changzheng Group has comprehensively renovated the building's internal decoration, facilities and equipment, comprehensively upgraded the facade decoration, and added a floodlighting system.

At present, the New Changzheng Business Building has completed the facade decoration, external elevator installation and public part maintenance projects in the building.

2. Prona Business Plaza Building Improvement Project

Prona Business Plaza Buildings A and B are located at No. 2145 Jinshajiang Road, facing Jinshajiang Road to the north and Qilianshan South Road to the west. Both buildings have 9 floors above ground, a building height of 43 meters, and a total construction area of ??38,708 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 25,676 square meters.

Prona Business Plaza has been operating as a commercial office for 10 years. Due to the limitations of the building's appearance, the main body of the building has obvious dark areas at night, the lighting is not uniform, and the overall appearance is not beautiful. This year, the building's facade was upgraded with lighting to make the building "bright" at night. Combined with the building's form, the lighting layout was adjusted to highlight the vertical beauty; the lighting style on the Jinshajiang Road side was unified, and the square LOGO was added to the south facade to further enhance the building's visibility after lighting; the podium layout uses a vertical linear light source, and the dimming system is used to control the light source brightness to avoid affecting the residential area on the north side of the building, while achieving energy-saving effects.

At present, the project has been renovated and lit.

3. Tiandi Software Park (South Park) Building Improvement Project

Tiandi Software Park (South Park) is located at No. 1030 Tongpu Road, facing Tongpu Road to the south and Zhenguang Road to the west. There are four buildings in the park, all of which are 4 stories above ground, with a building height of 22 meters and a total construction area of ??33,842 square meters.

The number of lighting lights on the exterior walls of the Tiandi Software Park (South Park) building is small, which cannot highlight the architectural features. The entire building is not illuminated and appears as a black geometric body in the night view. The buildings across Zhenguang Road have their own floodlights and rooftop light boxes, which form a clear contrast with the park. In the second half of this year, the facades of the park buildings will be upgraded with lighting to enhance the overall image of the park.

At present, the facade lighting project of Tiandi Software Park (South Park) has been completed, organically combining modern lighting technology with building facade design to create a magnificent city landscape under the night sky.
