Nearly 300 LED street lights installed in Mibei Village, Mihe Town, Gongyi City, Zhengzhou

Since this year, Mibei Village, Mihe Town, Gongyi City, Zhengzhou has taken improving infrastructure and improving the happiness index of the masses as the foothold of its work, implemented road lighting projects, installed nearly 300 street lights, illuminated the villagers' travel routes with practical actions, and improved the "appearance" of the harmonious and beautiful countryside.

In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of harmonious and beautiful rural construction, Mibei Village adheres to the concept of people's livelihood priority and simultaneously promotes the upgrading of infrastructure standards in the implementation of road asphalt paving projects. The three village committees organized cadres to conduct field research, accurately grasp the actual needs of the masses for road lighting through home visits and on-site surveys, focus on systematic optimization of densely populated sections, incorporate the upgrading of lighting facilities into the overall planning of road reconstruction, effectively improve the safety of night traffic and the convenience of life, and strive to create a rural living environment that is suitable for living and working. Through communication and coordination with higher-level departments, the route, location and spacing of street lamp installation were scientifically and reasonably determined, and the whole process of on-site installation and commissioning was supervised to ensure that the street lamp installation was completed with quality and quantity. At present, 210 of the nearly 300 street lamps have been installed, and the installation of other street lamps is being accelerated. After the installation is completed, it will benefit 1,273 households of villagers.
