According to reports, the Fuyuanhao Grand Bridge has a total length of 1,146 meters. The main bridge is a three-span (87+160+87m) continuous rigid structure, with a single span of 160 meters, making it the grand bridge with the largest single span within Zigong City.

The construction of the bridge took three years, embodying the hard work and dedication of numerous builders. By the end of 2024, the Fuyuanhao Grand Bridge achieved full connectivity, and the recent completion of the lighting project further highlights its unique charm.

As night falls, the streetlights on the Fuyuanhao Grand Bridge turn on in sequence, complementing the decorative lights on the bridge structure. The streetlights emit a soft yet bright glow, illuminating the deck and ensuring safe nighttime travel for future vehicles and pedestrians. The play of light and shadow from the bridge's lighting outlines its majestic silhouette, reflected shimmering on the surface of the Tuojiang River, creating a breathtaking view.

The S436 Donghu to Fushi section project, which includes the Fuyuanhao Grand Bridge, starts at Tangjia Village in Donghu Street. It runs from southeast to northwest, forming a "T"-shaped intersection with Fushun County's Yingbin Avenue and G348. It crosses the Tuojiang River at Fuyuanhao, passes through Anhe Village in Fushi Street, and ends at the side of the Fuxi River, intersecting with a planned road.

The project is built to first-class highway standards with integrated municipal functions. It spans 10.41 kilometers, features a two-way six-lane design, and has a design speed of 60 kilometers per hour.

Upon completion, the project will form a traffic loop with Fushun County's Yingbin Avenue. It will connect to the Mianlu High-Speed Rail and the Cheng-Zi-Lu Expressway to the east, the Cheng-Zi-Yi High-Speed Rail to the west, and the Zi-Long Expressway to the north. This is of significant importance for continuously building the "Two Counties, Two Districts, One City" and accelerating the development of a sub-provincial-level central city.
