Facing with the LED diode industry situation across many fields, it is recommended that the proposed modifications are intended to test, assessment, based on full argument and comments, led by the Ministry of Industry, the National Standardization Management Committee, the Development and Reform Commission and other relevant departments, create a standard path, speed up the establishment of a sound LED industry technical standards, testing and certification systems, promoting technological progress, and to promote cost reduction, and drive quality improvement, standardize the market order, and guide the healthy development of the LED diode industry. In view of the specific circumstances of the LED High Bay Light technology, the technology is not finalized, the standards should unite the development of the domestic industry.
