In recent years, the People’s Court of Luobei County, Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province has deeply implemented the important concept of “Five Remembers and Five Integrations”, closely combined the party’s advanced nature with judicial practice, and actively implemented the purpose of justice for the people. Recently, in order to further improve the rural living environment, the party group of the court raised funds to install 20 solar street lights for the country roads in Qunli Village. The village secretary was also busy, so the opening scene appeared. This measure effectively solved the “urgent, difficult, and anxious” problems that the people were concerned about.
In the work of rural revitalization, the party group of Luobei County Court has always regarded party building work as the “red engine” to promote various work. In order to better serve the people, outstanding party members and cadres were selected as the first secretary of the village, and they went deep into the grassroots many times to communicate with the village committees and the masses, and visited and investigated on the spot. It was previously learned that some street lights on the country roads in the village were damaged. Given that most of the villagers are elderly people and left-behind children, there are many safety hazards when traveling at night and when students are leaving school. After learning about this situation, the first secretary stationed in the village quickly made a special report to the leaders in charge. The Party Committee of the hospital attached great importance to this and took the “lighting project” in Qunli Village as an important task. According to the actual situation of the village, it actively integrated resources from all parties to help the village install solar street lights, providing more safety guarantees for villagers to travel, effectively solving the problem of “difficult travel” for the masses at night, and at the same time greatly improving the appearance of the village and warming the hearts of the people.
