ENHB-160W-01 LED High Bay Lights in China

This factory is producing special tires, such as Agricultural Tires, Forestry Tires and Industrial Tires. For the special production process, they need special high lux for the production lines. So, for the 1st workshop, after our design, they are now using 156 pcs of ENHB-160W-01 hanging on roof whose height is 8 meters. 

Talking about the factory lights, if they using the HID Lamps, whenever they meet with some products, it takes a lot of time and work to do the maintance. As the lifespan of LED Lights are more than 50,000 hours, so, during this period, the LED High Bay Lights almost don't need any maintance.

As the top Wheel Factory of the world, the owner is planning to build up more workshops and warehouses, in 2012, they would need about 1700 ENHB-160W-01, all these LED Lights would save USD 600,000 per year. 

During the design, analyze the CAD file carefully and offer 6 different designs with different lamp arrangement and different lux result, the own finally choose the last design, which average lux is 309, max is 680, min is 42, this design not only save the total cost, but also meet with the lux request from the owner. 

Also, during the installation, we found they still not install the Street Lights in the factory, so we sold them 2 units of ENSL-160W-02, Cool White, the demo project testing result was very good, they own would buy about 80 units in the near future.
