2018 LED lighting products, LED control devices and other countries sampling quality

Recently, the website of the State Administration of Small Markets issued a notice on the state supervision and inspection of product quality in 2018. China Association for the Advancement of the lighting products as follows.

1. The rate of unqualified LED lighting products is 3.6%.

A total of 57 LED lighting products produced by 57 companies in 10 provinces (cities) were sampled. One batch of products is suspected of CCC unlicensed production and has been transferred to the market regulatory department of the company where it is located. Among the 56 batches tested, 2 batches of products were unqualified, and the unqualified discovery rate was 3.6%. Focus on the protection of LED lighting products (embedded LED lamps), such as anti-shock protection, power terminal disturbance voltage, radiated electromagnetic disturbance, harmonic current, etc., for the exchange of LED lighting products (self-ballasted LED lights) Eight items including the protection of accidental contact with live parts, power terminal disturbance voltage, radiated electromagnetic disturbance, and harmonic current were examined. The unqualified item of the unqualified product is the power terminal disturbance voltage.

Second, the fixed common light unqualified discovery rate is 4.2%

In 2018, 101 batches of fixed general-purpose light products produced by 97 enterprises in 6 provinces (cities) were randomly selected. Among them, 5 batches of products were suspected of having no CCC certificate and were transferred to the market supervision department of the enterprise. Among the 96 batches tested, 4 batches of products were unqualified, and the unqualified discovery rate was 4.2%. Seven items including protection against electric shock, heat, fire and scratch resistance, and limit values were examined. Unqualified items relate to structure (retina blue light hazard), heat resistance, fire resistance and scratch resistance, limits.

Third, the LED control device failed detection rate of 7.5%

In 2018, 47 batches of LED control devices produced by 44 enterprises in 7 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) were randomly selected. Seven batches of products were suspected of having no CCC certificate and were transferred to relevant departments for processing. Among the 40 batches of products produced by 37 companies, 3 batches were unqualified, and the unqualified detection rate was 7.5%. The 11 projects with safety requirements were tested. Unqualified items involve abnormal conditions, heat, fire and resistance to tracking.

4. The unqualified detection rate of the movable general-purpose lighting products is 10.9%.

In 2018, 100 batches of movable general-purpose lighting products produced by 97 enterprises in 7 provinces (cities) were randomly selected. Among them, 8 batches of products were suspected of having no CCC certificate and have been transferred to relevant departments for processing. Of the 92 batches tested, 10 were unqualified and the unqualified detection rate was 10.9%. This spot check examined seven projects including the structure, external wiring and internal wiring, anti-shock protection, durability test and thermal test of the movable general-purpose lamp products. Non-conforming items relate to construction, external wiring and internal wiring, heat, fire and scratch resistance, and limit items.
