21500 street lights in Linhe City "transformed" to LED street lights

On August 28th, the author learned from the Municipal Environmental Development Co., Ltd. that this year, the Municipal Environmental Development Co., Ltd. will replace all the 21,500 sodium lamps and energy-saving lamps of 52 main and secondary roads with LED street lights, which not only beautified and brightened. The city, but also saves energy. 

It is understood that the street lamps in the urban area of Linhe District have been used for a long time, the technology is backward, the light source is declining, the energy consumption is serious, and the maintenance cost is high. Since the beginning of this year, the Municipal Environmental Development Co., Ltd. has made great efforts to raise funds for energy conservation, lower operating costs and green environmental protection. It has successively used the sodium lamps of 52 main and secondary roads such as Xinhua Street, Shengli Road, Airport Road and Jinchuan Bridge. All the energy-saving lamps were replaced with LED street lights, and the total replacement was more than 21,500 baht. The replacement LED lamp is the current fourth-generation energy-saving light source, which not only adds new bright colors to urban night lighting, but also saves nearly 50% energy compared with the original street lamps, thus saving electricity costs by about 4 million RMB per year.
