4,500 street lamps in Yuyao City will all be replaced by LED street lights

Recently, with the launch of the renovation of LED street lights for the cross-sea connection line of Chengdong Road, the new round of LED street lamp energy-saving renovation project in the city officially kicked off.

In recent years, the city's streetlights have tightened the requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction, and accelerated the promotion of the use of LED street lamps. More than 6,000 LED street lamps have been reconstructed in urban areas. From the perspective of operation, LED street lamps have better stability, comfort, lighting quality, service life and power saving effect, and are energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly lighting products.

This year, the city's streetlights will include streetlights for more than 20 roads such as the Urban Stadium Road, Dahuangqiao Road, Tanjialing West Road, Beibinjiang Road, and Yongliang Line into the scope of energy-saving renovation. It is planned to renovate 4,500 street lamps to maximize energy conservation. In view of the difficulties of many projects and tasks, the city's street lighting department will arrange and scientifically construct, and achieve safe production and construction quality, and strive to create a more beautiful and comfortable lighting environment for the general public, to build a green lighting city and create an ecological civilization.
