Baogang Village 6 in Baoshan District, Shanghai has completed lighting renovation
Baogang Village 6 in Youyi Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai is an old community with 43 buildings and 870 households. Due to its age, many supporting facilities have aged, and street lamps often have problems, resulting in failure to light up. The original street lamps are far apart, and the lighting uses old-fashioned fluorescent lamps, which have an obviously insufficient lighting range. The dim lights are the most reported problem by residents, "If you go home late, you have to walk in the dark, which is very unsafe."
In order to actively respond to residents' demands and improve the night lighting environment of the community, the Party General Branch of Baogang Village 6 Residential Area and the "Three Horses" officially launched the "Warm Lighting Plan" for the community, replaced the main road lamps in the community, and installed lighting lamps for each corridor.
The newly installed LED bulbs have changed the problem of limited lighting space caused by the previous high street lamps. The bulbs have the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving. Not only does it emit a wide range of light, but it is also soft and not dazzling. Excluding the corridors close to the street, a total of 39 corridor lighting lamps and 5 main road lamps were installed this time, which can fully meet the lighting needs in the community.
