The night lighting is divided into three main areas: the front hill landscape of the Cherry Blossom Garden, the back hill landscape of the Cherry Blossom Garden, and the scenic zone along the West Lake.

The park employs high-efficiency, high-gray-scale LED floodlights, color wash lights, linear lights, and pattern lights, controlled by programmable systems. These illuminate over 500 cherry trees and more than 200 other trees, creating a rich palette of dazzling and dreamy colors. The lighting is operational from 19:00 to 21:00 daily.

To cater to visitors' nighttime photography needs, the park has set up multiple designated photo spots.

At the square inside the West Gate, trees are adorned with "Hundred Blessings" lanterns. When lit, these lanterns complement the surrounding vibrantly lit trees, emanating a strong cultural ambiance.

In the "Early Cherry Blossoms Herald Spring" square within the Cherry Blossom Garden, two tall urn-shaped willow trees are decked in colorful lights. The surrounding cherry trees, illuminated by full-color floodlights, shift through a spectrum of hues, showcasing their charm and romance. Full-color pattern lights project brilliant floral designs onto the ground, adding interactivity and fun.

In the back hill area of the Cherry Blossom Garden, tall cherry blossom trees frame the Central Television Tower-a classic daytime photo spot. After nightfall, the multicolored cherry trees gain striking depth and dimension, pairing beautifully with the illuminated tower to create stunning photographs.

At the "Lotus Fragrance from Myriad Duckweeds" scenic spot on the southwestern shore of the West Lake, the Lanyu Bridge and steps are lit by warm light strips. The cherry trees on the slopes glow in vibrant colors, and viewed from the northern shore, the tower, bridge, trees, lake, and reflections merge into a poetic and picturesque scene.

It is noted that the night lighting uses LED cold light sources, which generate minimal heat and feature scattered light emission, ensuring no harm to plants or the ecological environment.

Nevertheless, the park reminds visitors to avoid touching the light sources and to follow staff guidance to maintain a pleasant park experience. In case of extreme weather such as strong winds or heavy rain, the nighttime lighting will be temporarily suspended.
