Dandong Housing and Urban Construction Bureau starts road lighting energy-saving reconstruction project

According to reports, in recent years, road lighting facilities in Dandong District, Liaoning Province have experienced problems such as aging, high energy consumption, and unsatisfactory lighting effects. To this end, the Dandong Housing and Urban Construction Bureau has started the Dandong road lighting energy-saving renovation project, which includes solving black roads and replacing LED energy-saving lamps on nearly 200 roads.

Among them, Yuwen Street in Zhen'an District is one of the "finding roads" to be resolved. The road is a newly built road in the city, and lighting facilities are not complete. The Yuwen Street streetlight installation project has a total length of more than 500 meters from Dongqi Road to Dongsheng Road. It is estimated that more than 30 street lights will be installed on both sides of the road.

While solving the "smoke the road", the city's Housing and Urban Construction Bureau will gradually replace nearly 200 road lamps in the urban area, and the overall project is planned to be completed by the end of December.

It is reported that the existing street light sources are mostly sodium lamps, which consume high energy, have a high failure rate, and have poor lighting effects. The street lamp renovation project will replace nearly 10,000 LED energy-saving lamps with high brightness, good color rendering, and low energy consumption, providing more convenience for citizens to travel at night.
