Gaojiawan Village in Longquanyi District, Chengdu has completed the lighting of the underpass

As night slowly fell, the underpass at the entrance of Gaojiawan Village in Dongjiagang Town, Longquanyi District, Chengdu City, was lit up!

The underpass at the entrance of Gaojiawan from Huanhu Road is an important passage for villagers to enter and exit the village. There are many vehicles and pedestrians passing through every day, but there has always been a lack of lighting facilities, especially in rainy weather and in the evening. The visibility in the tunnel is poor, and there are great safety hazards for the people to pass through. After discovering this situation, the selected students stationed in Gaojiawan Village took the initiative to reflect, communicate and coordinate with the town and village levels many times. With the support and assistance of the Gaojiawan Village Party Committee, four street lights were installed in the underpass recently, providing travel convenience and safety for passing vehicles and pedestrians.

In order to ensure the effective solution of the lighting problem, considering that there are certain safety hazards and high energy consumption in connecting to direct current, this lighting adopts a solar energy system to transmit electricity, and four floodlights are set up in sections in the underpass tunnel for lighting. When the light reaches the specified dim level, the floodlights will automatically light up, effectively alleviating the difficulty of night travel for the surrounding people and improving the sense of security and happiness of the villagers.

The interests of the masses are no small matter, and every branch and leaf is always concerned. Small matters of people's livelihood affect the whole body, reflecting the people's expectations for a better life.
