GE Lighting Announced that recall 92,000 LED Tubes

On June 6, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission’s official website announced that GE Lighting has recalled two LED tubes due to the risk of electric shock.

The recalled product is a cool white universal T8/T12 LED tube containing a package of 31243 LED tube and 13T8U840 LED tube. The number of recalls is 46,000, or 92,000 lamps. This type of lamp is mainly used in garages, basements, workshops, and utility rooms. The label next to the base of the lamp is printed with the GE logo and model information.
