Hulun Buir South Road, Hohhot

The Hulunbuir South Road (Wuhai East Street-South Third Ring Road) road project in Hohhot City is located in Saihan District, Hohhot City. The planning level is an urban trunk road, with a red line width of 50 meters and a design speed of 60km/h. The road starts from the starting point of the South Third Ring Road project at K0+036.972 in the south and ends at K1+105.19 at the end of the Wuhai East Street project in the north. The road length is 1.068km. This project includes road engineering, drainage engineering (rainwater, sewage), electric power engineering (civil engineering part), road lighting engineering, traffic engineering and ancillary engineering, etc.

The road adopts the form of three roads, and the cross-section layout is: 3.5m (sidewalk) + 4.5m (non-motorized lane) + 3m (separation zone between machine and non-motorized lanes) + 12m (motorized lane) +4m (central separation zone) + 12m (motorized lane) )+3m (machine-non-motorized separation zone) + 4.5m (non-motorized lane) + 3.5m (sidewalk).

On November 22, 2023, the road lighting project street lights began to be installed, and the installation was completed on November 25, 2023. Debugging operations are currently underway, which provides guarantee for night travel after the next step of opening to traffic.
