Jiangsu Province notified the results of random inspections on the quality of 55 products including LED lighting products

The Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized supervision and spot checks on the quality of 55 products in 6 categories, including electronic appliances, machinery and security, construction and decoration materials, light industrial products, daily necessities and textiles, and food-related products. A total of 2,620 batches of products were randomly checked, and 188 batches of substandard products were found, with an average problem discovery rate of 7.2%. Among them, 665 batches were sampled in production enterprises, 19 batches were unqualified, and the problem discovery rate was 2.9%; 1,090 batches were purchased in physical stores in the market, and 75 batches were unqualified, and the problem discovery rate was 6.9%; 687 batches of samples were sampled, 92 batches were unqualified, and the problem discovery rate was 13.4%.

LED lighting products (fixed, embedded). 79 batches of products were randomly checked, 8 batches were unqualified, and the problem discovery rate was 10.1%. The unqualified items for random inspection are five indicators: power terminal disturbance voltage, protection against electric shock, radiated electromagnetic disturbance, internal and external wiring, and limit values. There are power terminal disturbance voltage of 5 batches of products, anti-shock protection of 5 batches of products, radiated electromagnetic disturbance of 6 batches of products, internal and external wiring of 8 batches of products, and limit items of 3 batches of products are unqualified.

Read and write desk lamp (LED) 49 batches of products were randomly checked, 2 batches were unqualified, and the problem discovery rate was 4.1%. The unqualified items in the spot check are three indicators of optoelectronic characteristics, structure, external wiring and internal wiring. The photoelectric characteristics of 2 batches of products, the structure of 1 batch of products, and the external wiring and internal wiring items of 2 batches of products failed.

Smart toilet 50 batches of products were randomly checked, 1 batch was unqualified, and the problem discovery rate was 2%. Spot check unqualified items are marked and explained as one indicator. There are 1 batch of products with signs and description items that are unqualified.

Wallpaper 30 batches of products were randomly checked, and no substandard products were found.

Synthetic resin emulsion interior paint. 60 batches of products were randomly checked, and 1 batch was unqualified, and the problem discovery rate was 1.7%. The unqualified items in random inspection are one indicator of scrub resistance. There is 1 batch of outsole abrasion resistance items failed.

Panel furniture (custom made) 50 batches of products were randomly checked, and no substandard products were found.

Spring soft mattress 30 batches of products were randomly checked, and no substandard products were found.

Children's furniture (cots, cradles) 50 batches of products were randomly checked, 8 batches were unqualified, and the problem discovery rate was 16%. The unqualified items in the spot check are three indicators: logo, structural requirements, and instructions for use. There are signs of 8 batches of products, structural requirements of 6 batches of products, and instructions for use of 8 batches of products are unqualified.

Gas cooktops (domestic, commercial) 109 batches of products were randomly checked, 16 batches were unqualified, and the problem discovery rate was 14.7%. The unqualified items in the spot check are 9 indicators, namely the logo, the concentration of carbon monoxide in the dry flue gas, the grounding measures, the air tightness, the gas duct, the heat load, the thermal efficiency, the voltage stabilization performance, and the general structure. There are signs of 3 batches of products, carbon monoxide concentration in dry flue gas of 8 batches of products, grounding measures of 1 batch of products, air tightness of 2 batches of products, gas ducts of 6 batches of products, and 8 batches of products. Thermal load, thermal efficiency of 2 batches of products, voltage stabilization performance of 6 batches of products, and general structural items of 2 batches of products failed.
