This technology was first used in CFL energy-saving lamps, and later extended to LED lighting. The control chip completes constant current drive and switch dimming control at the same time. The method is simple but can only be manually adjusted according to the preset brightness cycle.

Smart Dimming Technology

Different from general lighting or ordinary dimming, intelligent dimming technology must integrate Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, infrared, radar, voice control and other intelligent modules, and conduct mobile APP, Bluetooth, etc. , Infrared remote control remote adjustment.

There are three main ways of intelligent dimming technology, one is PWM cut-off dimming method (Philips patent), which is simple to implement and has good dimming depth, but cannot solve the stroboscopic problem; the other is analog level dimming, this technology can realize stroboscopic dimming, but the dimming depth cannot be made high; the third is the PWM to analog dimming method, that is, through the circuit design technology of the chip, the externally input PWM dimming signal is converted inside the chip to simulate dimming, solve the problem of strobe and insufficient dimming depth at the same time.
