The launch ceremony for the National Urban Water Conservation Awareness Week was held at the Yidi Harbor Pier on the Babe River in Chaoyang District, Beijing. Landscape Lighting Upgrade on Babe River Creates Multifunctional Waterfront Space for "Night Running + Night Cycling + Night Tours"
The event was held at the Babe River waterfront space (section from Jiuxianqiao Road to Langyuan), which has become a popular spot for citizens' leisure and entertainment since its opening last October. The landscape lighting project, with the "Most Beautiful Shoreline" as its core design concept, aims to create an immersive nightscape experience that transitions from the bustling city to the natural waterfront, adding unique charm to the Babe River.
Regarding the brightness strategy, an approach of "dark water, bright land; cool and warm tones blending" was adopted. The water surface utilizes low-brightness cool light to create a tranquil atmosphere, while the shoreline employs gradient warm light to achieve a harmonious connection between the human element and nature, forming a distinctive nighttime landscape corridor.
