LED lighting export boom continued good

August China LED lighting export climate index was 52.2, in the economic zone, down 0.4 points from the previous month, indicating that the overall situation of China's LED lighting exports in August was good, but slightly weaker than the previous month, mainly due to China LED lighting export scale, exchange rate fluctuations, packaging device prices, LED lighting business revenue multiple factors.

Export scale index declined, the overall weakening of exports. August China LED lighting exports a total amount of 1.952 billion US dollars, a decline of 7%; export volume of 1.869 billion, an increase of 30%; scale index fell 7 percentage points from the previous month.

The exchange rate index fluctuated, adversely affecting exports. August US dollar against the RMB exchange rate fell 1.3% last month, LED lighting export development trend has a negative correlation.

LED raw material index steady, package device prices tend to be stable. Into the end of August, the lighting market into the traditional off-season, demand for cooling down the lighting LED, lighting package operation rate has declined, but has not directly affect the product's terminal price. The prices for the entire LED package 5630 (25-35), 2835 (10-24) and 3030 (100-120) remained relatively stable with no significant changes from July.

Business LED lighting export business revenue index fell, the mainstream enterprises to reduce the scale of exports. August LED lighting business export business revenue index fell 11 percentage points from the previous month, the export volume of mainstream enterprises in varying degrees over the previous month decline.
