1. The working principle of an incandescent lamp is: The electric energy is first converted into thermal energy, and the filament is heated to a very high temperature. At this time, the electrons outside the nucleus of the elements constituting the filament are excited, thereby causing it to transition to a higher energy outer layer. When the electrons again transition to the low-energy electron layer, the excess energy is released in the form of light. At the same time, heat is generated, and the spiral filament continuously collects heat, so that the temperature of the filament reaches 2000 ° C or higher, and when the filament is in an incandescent state, it emits light like the red iron can emit light. The higher the temperature of the filament, the brighter the light emitted. However, in this process, a large amount of electrical energy is converted into thermal energy, and only about 10% of the electrical energy can be converted into useful light energy. Therefore, the conversion efficiency is low and the service life is relatively short.

The working principle of the fluorescent lamp is: In a closed gas discharge tube containing argon (argon or helium) gas and mercury, the temperature of the filament is heated to about 1000 °C by electric current, and the filament coated with the electronic powder starts to emit electrons. Double the electric light, the heat generated is only one-sixth of the incandescent light of the same brightness. In order to replace the traditional incandescent lamp, in recent years, an improved fluorescent bulb that combines a lamp tube, a ballast, and a starter, and an incandescent lamp holder, has been developed, which is called an energy-saving lamp.

3, LED lamp is the use of LED lighting, is a semiconductor device that can directly convert electrical energy into light energy, it converts 90% of the electrical energy into light energy after power-on, and the remaining department of electrical energy generates a small amount of thermal energy when the semiconductor device works. The electro-optic conversion efficiency is as high as 90%. The LED energy-saving lamp does not need filament heating, and is a cold light source. Different from other types of lamps, the process of converting electric energy into heat energy and converting it into light energy is abandoned. Directly converting electrical energy into light energy consumes less energy when producing the same brightness.

Therefore, LED energy-saving lamps are more energy efficient than other lamps. Compared with fluorescent lamps, LED lamps do not contain mercury, which is open and bright, normally open and non-destructive, and difficult to break, all superior to fluorescent lamps. White LED lamps have a long life and relatively low power consumption. LEDs are small in size, and they are not only more flexible when designing lamps, but they can evenly distribute light evenly with smaller mirrors and lenses, without even reducing energy efficiency. LED lamps do not have glass tubes, and internal components are securely mounted and are not susceptible to shocks and impacts. Some drive circuits are designed to allow the LED lamp to adjust the light and darkness, and there is no lower limit for the required current, and the operation of the lamp can be maintained, so the adjustable range is large.
