LED street light engineering application technical requirements

The use of LED street lights to save energy is one of the key implementation methods for energy saving and emission reduction. The local traditional street lamps are gradually being replaced with LED street lamps. LED street lamps have the advantages of high efficiency, safety, energy saving, environmental protection, long life, fast response, high color rendering index and lightning protection. They are of great significance for urban lighting energy conservation. LED street lights should meet the requirements of existing road lighting standards, and must also meet the requirements of bidding in engineering design and application.

All luminaires shall comply with GB7000 series national standards and 3C certification or EU ROHS certification. If a standard or specification applied in design and manufacture is not specified in this technical requirement, the bidder shall specify the standards and specifications adopted by it. And provide the complete Chinese original of the standard or specification to the tenderer. Only when the standards and specifications adopted are nationally recognized, customary, and equal to or better than the technical requirements can be accepted by the tenderee.

(1) LED street light is made of high-quality aluminum alloy material. The surface of the lamp body is sprayed and treated. The surface should be able to withstand mechanical pressure and salt spray, automobile exhaust gas and corrosion of cleaning agent.

(2) LED street light enclosure protection grade: IP65 or above.

(3) Good batwing light distribution design, the reflective system adopts stereo light source or lens light guide design, and the lens must use non-imaging secondary optical lens to ensure the brightness and uniformity of the road surface and increase the radiation range.

(4) LED lamps must pass the inspection of the benchmarking system testing institution of Guangdong LED street lamp product evaluation and provide inspection report (LED lamps must be the products of the manufacturers of LED products to be bidders).

(5) The ambient temperature of LED street lamps should be -20 °C ~ +50 °C, suitable for use in Guangdong. At the same time, it should meet other special requirements such as ambient temperature, humidity and corrosiveness of the specific place of use.

(6) Power factor of LED lamps: ≥0.95, lamp driving power efficiency ≥90%.

(7) LED street lamp working AC voltage range: 85V ~ 265V (in this voltage range, LED lamps can still work normally)

(8 LED street light has surge suppression performance (anti-lightning strike), input over-voltage protection, can resume work when the voltage returns to normal.

(9) LED street light fixtures must have the function of automatically adjusting the power of the lamps in the middle of the night.

(10) The luminaire needs to have an elevation angle adjustment function to ensure the illuminance effect of the road surface to the maximum area.
