Over 600 Energy Storage LED Streetlights Deployed in Jingmen, Hubei Province

Recently, Nanjing Putian Datang Information Electronics Co., Ltd. completed the nation's first large-scale deployment of energy storage streetlights in Jingmen, Hubei Province-more than 600 energy storage streetlights have quietly risen, acting as "energy sentinels" rooted in the streets.

These streetlights accurately capture off-peak electricity for energy storage during the day and autonomously release clean energy at night. Each light also possesses an intelligent brain-it can automatically adjust its brightness according to the environment and instantly transform into an emergency power source in the event of sudden power outages such as rainstorms or earthquakes, providing urban safety with a double insurance of "technology + energy."

This "self-insured" intelligent LED energy storage streetlight system not only showcases the technological prowess of a central state-owned enterprise in the field of green infrastructure but also sets a replicable and scalable low-carbon example for the whole country-the streetlight poles hold not only lights but also the responsibility that future smart cities should embody.
