Yinchuan Flower Expo Park Completes Nighttime Lighting Upgrade
According to the Ningxia Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., the Yinchuan Flower Expo Park Infrastructure Upgrade and Renovation (Phase I) project, undertaken by its subsidiary Ningxia First Construction Co., Ltd., has made significant progress. The nighttime cruise lighting and the upgrade of the four major venues have passed final acceptance and are undergoing trial operation. The renovation of the East and South Gate visitor centers and the stage construction are in the final stages of acceptance.

This new urban cultural and tourism landmark, with a total investment exceeding 83.97 million yuan, will soon officially open to the public with its dazzling nighttime lighting and diverse leisure experiences, becoming a shining example of the deep integration of the city's "night economy" and citizens' cultural life.
As a benchmark project for large-scale cultural and tourism "lighting projects" in Ningxia, this upgrade of the Flower Expo Park focuses on "light and shadow art," creating a nighttime cruise route that runs through the park. Through the integration of intelligent lighting systems and landscape design, the route features light and shadow water curtains, interactive projections, and other technological installations, allowing visitors to travel by boat on the shimmering lake and experience an immersive "walking in a painting" experience.
The four venues, which underwent simultaneous lighting upgrades, utilize dynamic lighting programming technology to create a synchronized interplay between the building's exterior and the natural landscape, transforming at night into a "light and shadow art gallery" and providing citizens with a cultural space suitable for both day and night.
From a "flower viewing paradise" to an "all-time entertainment center," in addition to the lighting upgrades, the project also focuses on meeting the leisure needs of citizens, functionally renovating the East and South Gate visitor centers.
The newly added smart guide system, barrier-free facilities, and parent-child interactive areas significantly improve service convenience.
The renovated stage area can accommodate large-scale artistic performances and public cultural activities. The next step is to regularly host themed events such as music festivals and light shows, helping the Flower Expo Park transform from a seasonal "flower viewing park" into an "all-time vibrant space" integrating cultural experiences, parent-child entertainment, and nighttime consumption.
