Shandong Binzhou improves road lighting

Since the beginning of this year, Xidong Street has invested more than 600,000 yuan to install 66 street lights and 124 meters of LED wall washers on a 2-kilometer mountain road along the Heban Mountain. At the same time, the landscape lighting of 6 bridges along the line has been carried out, benefiting 6 villages along the way, including Yangjiayu and Xiaoxihe, and effectively ensuring the safety of vehicles and pedestrians passing along the Heban Mountain and various villages at night.

In the past, street lights were installed scattered along the Heban Mountain. Every night, the road lighting was not high, which restricted the villagers' night activities to a certain extent. The lighting project covers the main roads, entrances to the village and important traffic nodes along the Heban Mountain, bringing villagers a more comfortable and safer night life experience. The installation of street lights illuminates the "safe road" for villagers to travel, the "happy road" for villagers to live, and the "revitalization road" for the development of villages along the route.
