"Ultraviolet LED Package Overall Design Specification" officially released and implemented

According to the official website of the National Group Standard Information Platform, the China Council for the Promotion of International Economic and Technical Cooperation recently released the group standard T/CIET 637-2024 "Ultraviolet LED Package Overall Design Specification". The standard will be officially implemented from the date of release.

The standard was jointly drafted by 11 enterprises and institutions including Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guangdong Zhongke Semiconductor Micro-Nano Manufacturing Technology Research Institute, Shanxi Zhongke Lu'an Ultraviolet Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Guangdong Jingke Electronics Co., Ltd., Xi'an University of Technology (School of Automation and Information Engineering), Zhejiang Agricultural and Forestry University, Wuhan University, Guilin University of Electronic Technology, Zhengzhou University, SGS-CSTC Standardization Technology Research Institute (Beijing) Co., Ltd., and Tubang Certification Co., Ltd.

The standard specifies the product naming rules, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the overall design of ultraviolet LED packages, and is applicable to the overall design requirements of ultraviolet LED packages.
