To ensure optimal operation of urban lighting facilities and elevate refined management standards, the Municipal Engineering Maintenance Center of Shihezi City Urban Administration Bureau in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has implemented its "Three Inspections + One Maintenance" protocol (routine patrols, systematic checks, supervision audits, and proactive maintenance).
