In southern my country, in summer and autumn, indoor and outdoor lamps are often surrounded by many small bugs. This is because insects are phototaxis and they instinctively fly to bright places. When playing outdoor games, if the lights are blocked by flying insects, the lighting effect will be greatly affected.

For this reason, the "Asian Games Lantern" is also very careful in repelling insects. When the relevant R&D personnel designed the lamps, they removed the light spectrum that bugs like, allowing the bugs to turn a blind eye to the venue lights.

Lamps also generate heat while emitting light. Especially lamps with such high power usually emit a lot of heat. If the heat dissipation performance of the lamp is not good, the components inside will continue to burn and shorten its service life.

In order to solve this problem, the "Asian Games Lamp" developers used a soldering plug-in technology to control the total area of the heat sink of each lamp to about 6 square meters. Even after using it for several hours, the temperature of the lamp is only around 10 degrees Celsius.
