The night lights of Nanjing West Road in Shanghai have been upgraded

The "100 billion business district" of Nanjing West Road is a world-class commercial district that symbolizes the urban style of Jing'an and even Shanghai. This year, the District Greening and Urban Appearance Bureau has laid out the "Sea Starry Sky" theme festival lights along Nanjing West Road (Chengdu North Road to Shaanxi North Road) and (Changde Road to Urumqi North Road), using the contrast of light and shadow levels to make the entire Nanjing West Road more prosperous and elegant at night.

When night falls, strolling on Nanjing West Road, you can see the prosperous scene of traffic on the carriageway, and the sidewalk has a more quiet atmosphere because it is sprinkled with blue dots of "starlight". The ground, the rearview mirror of the car, the glass curtain wall of the business district building, the fountain pool in the square... Nanjing West Road is reflected everywhere along the road, as if walking into a dream ocean woven by light and shadow.

In addition to the full-line deployment, the "magic balls" hanging on the trees have also been upgraded - the holographic fantasy ball lights with improved technology have clearer patterns and more realistic images, showing 360-degree stereoscopic holographic images without dead angles, improving space utilization and visual experience, and are the world's first new interpretation of tree lights.

When pedestrians look up, they may see the "magic balls" on the trees blooming with fireworks, or perhaps bright Chinese red... Unexpected surprises are waiting for your discovery on the streets of Nanjing West Road.

Co-construction and sharing, low-carbon and environmental protection

The creation of a high-quality night environment is also people-oriented, and is co-constructed and shared with citizens.

According to the District Greening and Urban Appearance Bureau, during the design process of this full-line upgrade, the public's preferences for light brightness, density and holographic lights were listened to through field research and interviews, and the uniformity and range of the "diamond blue" and "starlight white" starry sky light strings wrapped around the trees were optimized; during the construction process, the suggestions of citizens were also actively fed back, and the range of the string lights wrapped around the branches and the position of the holographic balls were finely adjusted.
