Lhasa actively carries out urban lighting projects
Recently, the reporter came to Luding South Road, one of the lighting projects, and saw that the large crane was stretching its long boom to steadily lift the brand-new street lamps, placing them in the predetermined position, and then the construction workers installed them on the street lamp base.
It is reported that the scope of the first phase of the lighting project in Lhasa starts from the Sun Moon Lake Waterscape Garden on Jinzhu West Road in the west, extends to Zangda East Road in the east, extends to the Second Ring Road in the north (part of the road extends to Dangre Road), and extends to Century Avenue in the south. Specifically, 36 main roads and 10 back streets and alleys are involved, and a total of more than 3,600 street lamps are replaced. Among them, 197 street lamps on 5 roads including Jiangsu Road, Jinzhu East Road, and Zangda East Road have been lit.
At present, construction workers are replacing street lamps on Luding South Road. Luding South Road is 1,800 meters long (bidirectional), 450 meters of which have been excavated so far. There are a total of 38 street lamp foundations, 11 foundations and 11 manual wells have been completed, accounting for 29% of the total. It is expected to be completed on October 22.
