Ulanhot Airport carried out energy-saving transformation of high pole lights on apron

In order to fully implement the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction work and promote the construction of "green airport", Ulanhot Airport has recently carried out energy-saving transformation of high-pole lights on the apron.

Ulanhot Airport carried out energy-saving transformation of high pole lights on apron

This transformation is to replace all the six high-pressure sodium lamps of the existing high-pole lamps on the apron with new LED lamps. Before the transformation, the airport power station personnel fully considered the lighting illuminance, power consumption and other parameters. Old-fashioned high-pole lamps are mainly composed of high-pressure sodium lamps, ballasts, triggers, capacitors and other electrical components. The damage rate is high and the components have been eliminated from the market and are difficult to buy. The power is 11 kW and the energy consumption is high. The transformed new LED lamps have the advantages of easy maintenance, green environmental protection, long service life, and low energy consumption. The power is only 4.4 kilowatts.

The modified apron high-pole lights not only meet the illuminance requirements of the apron night floodlighting in the "Flight Zone Technical Standards", but also reduce energy consumption, which has played a positive role in the energy saving and consumption reduction of the airport.
