Xilinhot Airport has been adhering to the concept of green airport construction, starting from various aspects, actively improving the airport electricity environment, and implementing the energy conservation and consumption reduction targets of the Group.

Implement lighting energy-saving renovation

This year, Xilinhot Airport Company completed the renovation of the terminal lighting system, parking lot streetlights and flight area high pole lights. The original high-pressure sodium lamps and halogen lamps were replaced with new energy-saving LED lamps, totaling 952 sets. The newly-renovated LED energy-saving lamps have the advantages of low energy consumption, low maintenance frequency and long operating life. After commissioning, LED lamps have significantly improved the light quality and comfort of the terminal building. The new night lighting effect of the parking lot has brought high-quality lighting experience to passengers, which has been praised by past travelers. It is estimated that the same facility operation situation will save electricity costs of 24,000 RMB from January to September 2019.

Add an airport energy monitoring system

The energy monitoring platform is based on cloud computing technology. It provides energy efficiency analysis of airport buildings and equipment in the form of cloud services, discovers energy consumption vulnerabilities, optimizes usage and control strategies, and improves equipment management source usage and intelligence in airport buildings. The level of control provides a basic platform for energy-saving and consumption reduction, extending equipment life and producing smart buildings. Through the computer and mobile APP software, the existing lighting of the airport is grouped and independently monitored and controlled. Each lamp can be uniformly dimmed according to actual needs at night, and the lighting fixtures are grouped according to the brightness of the surrounding environment. The number of lighting and the lighting time are optimized to achieve the effect of secondary energy saving.

Improve the level of electricity management

The airport company constantly improves the electricity management system, creates a good electricity consumption atmosphere, actively promotes employees' good electricity habits, and ensures that the airport regulates the use of various electrical equipment. At the same time, full-time personnel can further enhance the use of new energy-saving equipment and technology. The management and supervision of the electric departments and units will carry out more detailed statistical work on energy consumption, so as to implement relevant energy-saving measures.
