Recently, the reporter came to the digital seedling plant in Guishan Township. The 400-square-meter square box building looks inconspicuous. When I walked into the factory, I was greeted by red and blue LED plant lighting and misty water vapor. The grafted tomato seedlings are growing gratifyingly, the whole space is full of technology.

According to reports, the factory adopts the most cutting-edge technology of indoor vertical agriculture, multi-layer full artificial light digital, intelligent and automatic seedling raising system, supporting precise irrigation system and intelligent environmental control system, which can realize annual continuous production and shorten seedling time by 1/3-1 /2, about 280,000 seedlings can be produced in a single batch, and the annual output is 4-5 times that of traditional agriculture, which greatly improves the output and output value of seedlings.

Lin Ye, deputy mayor of Guishan Township, said that the Guishan Alpine Vegetable Plant Factory is the first plant factory in the province to be officially put into production, driving the seedling industry to standardization, scale, intelligence and automation. Through the innovation of agricultural science and technology, it has also led to the increase of farmers' income, accelerated the return of agricultural talents, promoted rural revitalization, and played an exemplary and leading role in the alpine areas of 26 mountainous counties.
