Brilliant lights illuminate the Spring Festival, creating a dazzling nightscape that warms hearts. With the Spring Festival approaching, Maiji District of Tianshui City, Gansu Province, meticulously planned and implemented a high-standard urban beautification and lighting project. Closely adhering to the festival theme and highlighting local characteristics, the project used lights as a medium and illumination as a backdrop to comprehensively upgrade the lighting of key urban roads, squares, and parks. The dazzling lights outline the city's contours, and the warm glow of lights in every home creates a festive atmosphere, allowing citizens to immerse themselves in a joyous and peaceful Spring Festival ambiance.
As night falls and the lights come on, Maiji's urban area is instantly adorned in a magnificent display. Strings of red lanterns glow among the trees, while decorations such as koi fish and the character "fu" (fortune) are arranged in a harmonious and orderly fashion. LED net lights and meteor shower lights create distinct layers and blend colors, integrating New Year's blessings into the beautiful nightscape and outlining a gentle nighttime landscape for the city.
The Mapaoquan Municipal Square and the Railway Station Square, as core lighting locations in the city, offer particularly dazzling nighttime views. Large-scale themed decorations are grand and imposing, adorned with colorful lights and festive ornaments, the interplay of red and gold creating a dignified and festive atmosphere. Passersby stop to admire, take photos, and capture the most beautiful nighttime scenery of the Spring Festival.
Cuihu Park and Mapaoquan Park are also excellent spots for nighttime views. The lights and lake scenery complement each other beautifully, with colorful lights, tree shadows, and water blending together in an elegant and dynamic way. Every step reveals a new scene, making them the top choice for citizens to relax, enjoy the lights, and stroll at night.
At key sections and nodes such as Tianxiu Bridge, Xiakou Bridge, Chengji Avenue, Quanhu Road, Bunan Road, Longchang Road, and the Qinmai Expressway intersection, red lanterns stretch along the streets, and various light decorations are displayed in abundance. The dazzling lights intertwine with the lively atmosphere of the streets and alleys, creating a vibrant and festive ambiance. This lighting project adhered to the principles of energy conservation, aesthetics, and distinctive features. Numerous silk flowers were placed in key areas to enhance the atmosphere, covering crucial locations such as core roads, major parks, and central squares in Maiji District. This not only improved the city's nighttime appearance but also showcased the city's refined management. Each bright light illuminated the night sky, bringing warmth to people's hearts.
