131 Brand-New Streetlights Put into Use in Lujia Village, Tongxu County, Kaifeng, Henan Province

As night falls and the lights come on, 131 brand-new streetlights in Lujia Village, Sunying Township, Tongxu County, Kaifeng City, Henan Province, have been installed, tested, and put into use. The warm light illuminates the country lanes, brightening the lives of the villagers and marking another significant achievement in the improvement of the living environment in Lujia Village.

In the past, some village roads in Lujia Village lacked adequate nighttime lighting, posing safety hazards for villagers and hindering the improvement of the rural living environment. To effectively address the urgent needs and concerns of the villagers, the Sunying Township Party Committee and Government included the Lujia Village streetlight project in their key rural living environment improvement projects. Through multi-party coordination and an investment of over 80,000 yuan, they precisely planned and installed 131 streetlights along the main roads, alleys, and public areas of the village, achieving full lighting coverage without any blind spots.

Now, streetlights are scattered throughout the village, lighting up one after another. This has not only completely solved the villagers' nighttime travel problems and ensured their safety, but also effectively improved the village's appearance, illuminating the rural "night economy" and the cultural life of the people.
