Park Nightscape Lighting Upgrade Carried Out in Jilin City

To further optimize living environments and improve night-time landscape quality, Jiapigou Town, Huadian City, Jilin City, Jilin Province, recently completed a quality upgrading renovation of night lighting at Jinyu Mantang Park, brightening the town’s nights with an exquisite lighting project.

Guided by the principles of aesthetics, practicality, safety and energy efficiency, this lighting upgrade features unified planning and renovation of key areas including park walkways, leisure plazas and landscape nodes. Technicians rationally laid out landscape street lamps, ambient light strips and decorative colorful lights. While eliminating original lighting blind zones, scientific control systems were integrated. A dual control mode combining light sensors and timing functions is adopted to automatically switch on lights at night and turn them off after three hours of operation.

The project facilitates residents and saves energy, and also enriches the town’s night cultural tourism, creating distinctive check-in spots for local short-distance leisure trips. Taking this renovation as a model, the town will conduct regular inspections and maintenance of lighting facilities, and gradually upgrade lighting at other parks across the town.
