Previously, some main roads and residential alleys in the 10th Company lacked lighting facilities, resulting in large areas of blind spots. The dim nighttime lighting posed safety hazards for employees and residents, especially inconveniencing the elderly and children, making it a pressing issue for the community.

In response to the residents' concerns, the 10th Company's Party Committee and Village Committee accurately identified unlit and poorly lit sections of the area and coordinated with relevant departments to develop a construction plan. During construction, all parties collaborated efficiently, strictly adhered to construction standards, and completed site surveys, wiring, streetlight installation, and power commissioning in an orderly manner, ensuring high-quality and safe completion of the project.

This project installed energy-saving streetlights in the main and secondary alleys, residential areas, and blind spots of the company, comprehensively expanding the lighting coverage, completely eliminating safety hazards for nighttime travel, bidding farewell to the predicament of "traveling in the dark" for the masses, and effectively improving the living environment of the company.
