867-Meter Street Lighting Installed on Binhu Road in Zigong, Sichuan

Recently, the Zigong Nanhu Area New Construction, Renovation, Expansion and Upgrading Project, undertaken by Chengdu Construction Engineering Group Ya'an Company, received a banner from Jinghu Community, Hongqi Street, Zigong High-tech Zone. This banner not only expresses high trust in the project's safe production work but also fully recognizes the project team's remarkable achievements and sense of responsibility in effectively addressing the urgent needs of residents in the area.

"It's great! With streetlights, I feel much safer walking at night!" Recently, residents around Binhu Road in Jinghu Community, Hongqi Street, Zigong High-tech Zone, have frequently expressed their approval of the streetlight installation project.

The road lighting, road traffic safety control system, and lighting cable laying project for the Nanhu Park branch road-Binhu Road, part of the Zigong Nanhu Area New Construction, Renovation, Expansion and Upgrading Project, undertaken by Ya'an Company, has been fully completed. The 867-meter-long Binhu Road has been transformed under the illumination of 35 newly installed streetlights, solving a long-standing problem for over 30 households along the road and pedestrians at night.

Binhu Road was initially built in 2000. As a backstreet, the need for nighttime lighting among residents was not significant. However, with continuous urban development, Binhu Road gradually became a major thoroughfare, experiencing increasing traffic volume. The lack of streetlights not only caused inconvenience for residents but also increased the likelihood of traffic accidents, threatening public safety. Thanks to the collaborative efforts and active cooperation of the Jinghu Community and its residents, the streetlight installation project was successfully completed at the end of March this year, more than 20 days ahead of schedule.

Now, Binhu Road is brightly lit at night, illuminating not only residents' routes but also effectively addressing their urgent needs, making travel safer and more convenient.
