795/2019 resolution requirements for the scope of LED lights:

The resolution requires that general lighting LED lamps sold in Argentina must meet the corresponding technical and energy efficiency labeling requirements.

Definition of LED lamp: It is an LED light bulb with a lamp cap that cannot be separated and can be directly connected to the power grid.

The following LED lights are out of the scope of this resolution:

(1) LED lights with a luminous flux less than 30 lm;

(2) Battery-powered LED lights;

(3) LED lights with color adjustment function;

(4) LED lights with colored beads or colored coatings;

(5) Do not directly connect the LED lights of the power point.

Technical requirements for LED lights in energy efficiency resolution:

1. Label requirements:

Only products that meet the technical requirements can display the appropriate energy efficiency label on the packaging. The label must remain intact until it is finally delivered to the consumer.

When there is not enough size on either side of the package to accommodate the reduced label, a multi-color version must be attached to the lamp.

Labels can be scaled down to a maximum of 10%.

2. Lumen maintenance:

Lumen maintenance test method can be based on IEC 62612: 2013 + ADM1: 2015 + ADM2: 2018, the test time is 3000 hours.
