On August 27th, the reporter saw on the national group standard information platform that the first batch of "leader"- "Standard Evaluation Requirements for LED Reading and Writing Work Desk Lamps" and the "Lead Runner" Standard Evaluation Requirements for Indoor Lighting LED Products" were released and implemented on August 16, 2021.
Among them, the "LED reading and writing work desk lamp" standard stipulates the terms and definitions, evaluation index system and evaluation method of the LED reading and writing work desk lamp "leader" standard evaluation requirements. Applicable to the enterprise standard level evaluation of reading and writing desk lamps with LED as light source, rated power supply voltage not exceeding DC 36V or AC 250V, frequency 50Hz.
In the principle of selecting basic indicators, the standard points out that, first of all, electrical safety is the most basic requirement for product quality, a mandatory standard indicator requirement that must be met, and a mandatory inspection item for national special supervision and random inspections over the years, so safety and electromagnetic compatibility select as the basic indicator. Secondly, due to the increasing environmental protection requirements of the country in recent years, the limit requirements of restricted substances have been selected as the basic indicators. Finally, considering the impact of the optical performance of the lamps on the eyesight of primary and secondary school students, performance indicators such as blue light hazard, shading and fluctuation depth are also used as basic indicators. In the principle of selecting the core indicators, the working group finally selected the illuminance and uniformity of illuminance, general color rendering index, luminous efficiency and rated life as the core indicators by summarizing the overview. The product's illuminance and uniformity of illuminance directly affect consumers' reading and writing efficiency and user experience. Generally, the color rendering index affects the true color of surrounding items in the eyes of consumers. Luminous efficiency and rated life are important indicators of whether the product is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. In addition, the standard selects special color rendering index, intelligence level and plane chromaticity difference as innovative indicators.
The "LED Products for Indoor Lighting" standard specifies the terms and definitions, evaluation index system and evaluation methods required for the evaluation of the "leader" standard for LED products for indoor lighting. Applicable to the enterprise standard level evaluation of LED downlights with LED as the light source, power supply voltage not exceeding AC250 V, frequency 50 Hz, excluding LED downlights using integrated LED lights; suitable for rated power supply voltage not exceeding AC250 V, frequency 50 Hz, the lamp holder meets the requirements of GU10, B22, E14 or E27, the PAR16, PAR20, PAR30, PAR38 series of directional integrated LED lights are evaluated by the enterprise standard level; suitable for non-directional automatic lamps with a rated power supply voltage not exceeding AC250V and a frequency of 50 Hz. The standard level evaluation of ballasted LED lamps does not include non-directional self-ballasted LED lamps with additional optical lens design.
In addition to the selection of the above-mentioned basic indicators and core indicators, the standard includes noise as a basic indicator. At the same time, according to the characteristics of products, industry and market needs, the indicators of consumption upgrade and quality improvement that are concerned, according to the principle of easy acquisition and verification of indicator data, will unify the glare value and the spatial inconsistency of chromaticity (color unevenness) selected as an innovative index.
The reporter learned that when the "Lead Runner" standard was formulated, key technical indicators and innovative indicators for judging products were formulated based on the principle that core indicators are higher than national standards and industry standards, and leaders are encouraged to continuously master innovative indicators. Competitive technology promotes the quality upgrade of the industry with this high-level competition. "Corporate standard "leader" refers to products or service standards that are at a leading level in the core indicators of the self-declared products and service standards within the comparable range of the same industry, as well as products or services that meet the requirements of the above standards." Guangdong Quality Inspection Chen Haibo, director of the Lighting Appliance and Reliability Laboratory of the Academy, said, "At present, the 'leader' standard has become an important standard for enterprises."
It is understood that as of December 2020, my country has issued one hundred "leading runners" evaluation standards, identified a number of evaluation agencies, and announced the first batch of corporate standard "leading runners" list. The basic requirements of the corporate standards for the shortlisted "Lead Runners" list include: Provide product or service quality and public standards consistency commitment; in the past three years, the company has no major environmental, safety, and quality accidents; the company has no bad credit records; corresponding model products test reports of relevant indicators, etc.
The Guangdong Illuminating Society stated that in the future, it will continue to cooperate with the Zhongguancun Modern Energy and Environmental Service Industry Alliance to establish a project to draft the "Lead Runner" Standard Evaluation Requirements for General Lighting LED Panel Lights" and "The "Front Runner" Standard Evaluation Requirements for LED High Ceiling Lights".
