Time-controlled lighting of Xingxian Aluminum Company in Luliang, Shanxi Province has significant energy saving

In order to accelerate the construction of a green and low-carbon "New Zhongalu", the Xingxian Alumina Production Department of Luliang City, Shanxi Province recently implemented time-controlled upgrades and renovations on the lighting system of the production site. After actual application, the system control is accurate and efficient, and the energy saving effect is obvious.

The original lighting switches in the alumina production plant were manually operated, and the switch control boxes were scattered and far away, which was inconvenient for post personnel to operate and easily caused energy waste. The time-controlled switch has flexible and automated functions, which can realize the timed power-off-power-on function at any time period, achieving the effect of complete power saving. The department actively innovated and transformed in combination with the actual production. After preliminary sorting and on-site inspection, the location of the time-controlled lighting box was reasonably planned, and the damaged lamps were replaced. At the same time, the causes of the faulty lamps were carefully analyzed, and the faults caused by line aging were restored. During the replacement process, the aging control cabinet was dismantled, the original iron sheet control box was replaced with a stainless steel time-controlled lighting control box, and the branch switch was equipped with automatic protection facilities. After the transformation of the time-controlled lighting control box, it not only ensured the safety of electricity use, but also reduced power loss and improved the quality of electricity use.

A total of more than 120 time-controlled lighting control boxes and more than 700 LED energy-saving lamps were replaced. When the seasons change, operators only need to adjust the time controllers in each area to achieve accurate automatic switching of the lights at the set time, ensuring that every light on the production site can provide clear and bright lighting effects when production needs it.
