Intelligent lighting escorts Xining Caojiabao International Airport

Located between the two major capital cities of Lanzhou in Gansu and Xining in Qinghai, the Xining Caojiabao International Airport terminal in the hinterland of Haidong, known as the "Hard Throat of the Sea", is sprinting towards the goal of 2030.

Xining Caojiabao International Airport is a 4E-class civil international airport. It is an important transportation hub on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and a major foreign port in Qinghai Province. The airport has two terminal buildings, namely T1 (International Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and T2 (China domestic) with a total of 53,700 square meters.

Currently, the airport is undergoing the third phase of the expansion project. After completion, a T3 terminal building of 158,000 square meters will be added, bringing the total number of seats to 75.

It adopts the KNX intelligent lighting control system with excellent stability, flexibility and energy saving.

GVS mainly performs intelligent switch control for all lighting circuits in the T1 terminal (international) terminal building (international) of Xining Caojiabao International Airport, as well as all the lighting circuits in the T1 and T2 corridors, successfully integrating the concept of green wisdom into the building during the whole life cycle of the project, this is a special gift from GVS to the snow-covered plateau.
